The black FT-86 concept test mule we`ve previously reported has now been spied cruising at Death Valley in California. Nothing big has changed in the subaru bodied Toyota concept. The hood is replaced with some scoop type form but in sealed form, as well there is no intercooler in front. But still this could mean that a turbo model could be planned, or maybe there`s a room for supercharger?

Insideline author says: It's got push-button start (on the left of the wheel no less), a three-spoke steering wheel, paddle shifters, white-face lettered gauges and the CD player out of the Forester. But is this design too much Toyota and not enough Subaru?
